Saw that on the BBC site a short time back, hate to say it but don't really go great on it. :eek:

That is certainly a great image - one of many from Hubble!

Aesthetically, I've seen better images from Hubble. On the other hand it's a star cluster perhaps 300 times as luminous as the Pleiades, so it would be quite a sight from a vantage point free of the intervening dust lanes, which render it almost invisible in in visual spectrum.
