First Attempt - White light

Hi daytime imagers,

I bought some post eclipse baader film for the front of my ED80 this weekend and it was a windy sunny day on the day of arrival, so insta-first light. Here is my first ever effort, using a ZWO ASI120M and a 4 panel mosaic. Not perfect by a long way, but very happy with it as a start.

Great first light Matt.  White light mosaics are very difficult to do as there is usually so little to use to assemble the panes.  It is just practise and now you have got off to a great start the next will be easier and better.

Thanks all. There is something very pleasant about setting up in the daylight and casually viewing and imaging the sun which I had not appreciated. Very different pace from night-time observing and viewing.

I like it.
