The speaker at Worcester Astronomical Society's meeting on Thursday 9th April is Prof. Chris Lintott, whose talk is entitled "Is the Milky Way Special?" 

The talk starts at 8:00pm at our usual venue at the headquarters of Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, Lower Smite Farm, Hindlip, Worcester.

Thoroughly recommended by the way - one of the best speakers I've seen.

Quite agree. Chris gave this talk at Guildford a few months back and it was one of the best we've had this year.
