No work today but set the alarm anyway as the hours between 7 and 9 looked most likely to allow me a peek at our star. Worked out well as I managed to grab this before the clouds returned. Unfortunately I did not get a look at the prominences.

Nice catch. Granulation shows up well. Some faculae on the eastern limb might be heralds of some more ARs
