Good result ! But why did you use 15x300sec are you planning to take more subs?

300 seconds is just one of the standard exposure lengths I use. Sometimes I found if I went longer (e.g. 600 seconds) then I started to get trailing. So 300 is short enough to stop trailing and still build up some signal. M81 is not faint galaxy so maybe longer subs wouldn't reveal much more? I have got my OAG rig working now and have tested this up to 900 seconds - so I will be going longer on some subjects in the future.

With any DSO more subs is a good idea so I'd always like to get more!
