Hi Jonsi,

Warm welcome to SGL... Look out for the Carmarthenshire group here on SGL. A couple of books to help you on your way are 'turn left at orion' and 'sky&telescope pocket star atlas' these will help you 'learn' the sky. While you are at it download a planetarium program. Lots out there but try stellarium, its great and free. To be found here            :-- http://www.stellarium.org/

Don't worry! If you are that new to Astronomy then In some ways I envy you, You have a glorious universe of discovery to look forward to.

And no matter who you are, you can't know everything.Enjoy the journey and ask plenty of questions. :smiley:
