USB Super Speed ?

When I use the Skyris 274 camera on the MacBook it shows as running as USB 3 Super Speed but if I use it on the Bootcamp partition plugged in the same USB socket I get a message " This device can run faster if you plug it in a USB3 Super Speed socket" so what's the problem.

Running Win Pro 7 SP1.
