Absolutely exquisite CW, both of them. It will have to be the scope though, At my age the lady would only be disappointed. :rolleyes:

A similar remark made by the late great George Burns AM. When just before getting married to a much younger woman, he was asked.

"Are you not worried about a heart attack" to which he replied. "If she dies she dies.".

Since he was so fond of his his late wife Gracie Allen, It may not have been him, but someone else I fear. Maybe someone else will know the author.

I'm not aware of George marrying after Gracie, (how could you possibly follow that act?), but he was married before, in name only to his dancing partner.

It does sound like something he'd say, though.

Here's a real GB quote, "Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city."

Sounds like him but can't say for sure. I do like his humor though such as his comment on acting........"Acting is all about honesty. If you can fake that,you've got it made"!
