Hello to you all!

I am new to Astronomy although have always had a keen interest of the night sky from a young age and always wanted to own a scope. I saw a good offer on a Skywatcher 200p with a EQ5 mount so went ahead and purchased it! I am just getting started and so far have only viewed our moon and Jupiter. I haven't had many clear days so far from where I live which is just outside London, UK.

I have much to learn but have a keen interest and I hope the experienced ladies and gents on this forum can lend me a hand once in a while :)

Hi Vic1 welcome to S G L

You have chosen a very good set up, and you won't be disappointed with the

views you get from it, if you need any help or advice, just post your questions

in the relevant forum.
