Dave
I used 2 minutes subs, ISO 1000.HUTEC IDAS Light pollution filter.PHD was used to auto-guide on the comet itself. In total I took over 70 subs.I couldn't stack all subs together as the tail changed too much throughout that time.So I stacked 20 each to produce the two individual images used for the monochrome image.I will re-visit this when I get time and produce 3 images and see what changes there were at this time.Looking forward to the next clear night indeed.

Stardust
very nice image and like the colour. When I stacked in DSS to get both stars and comet it produces a mono image, either of the other stack options produce a colour image?
