First astro gear order!

Yay its here my first order of gear has arrived! :grin:

Not a lot but all I need at the mo.

Ordered the Skywatcher 9x50 RACI finder scope and the Vixen NPL 30mm from Green Witch and the book from FLO.

Now just need a clear night to test my new goodies out.

Not a lot.....yes it is! Some great stuff there, and how important is that RF finder!! And the book! Grab a cuppa, as it's a good'un.

Fab gear!

But it might be considered to be taking this hobby a bit far photographing them in the bedroom!

I've fallen asleep reading the S@N mag on numerous ocassions, but haven't taken any of my kit to bed yet.

I've the same finder and have one of the 30mm Vixen NPL's on loan at the moment. They are both very nice and extremely useful items :smiley:

Not being an imager I've not read the book but I have met the author a few times and he seems a very knowledgeable chap ! :smiley:

The Vixen 30mm NPL is pretty sweet. They offer great contrast and i use mine for scanning the night sky looking for "faint fuzzies".
