Funcube FCHID2.002 no longer working?

Hi,

Happy New Year to everyone. I got up (late) today after celebrations last night to find my FUNcube application no longer runs. Has anyone else observed this? My PC uses 64bit Win 7 Pro.

Not working, as in the application fails to start ?  or is it that the dongle isn't being recognised ??

1st place I'd start is a clean boot without dongle attached, after log on, insert dongle into a different USB port & make sure that the device is recognised, then try the software..

Hi,

Cheers for that Julian. The dongle is visible in Device Manager and drivers are said to be working. However the application does not start when clicked. I will do as you suggest-cheers.
