September 3, 2014: Jacques once more

Recommended Posts

Just set up the little 80 mm outside using 22mm Nagler and 90° Amici prism on the mini-giro mount. Despite moonlight, I could spot comet Jacques quite easily. It looked a bit more compact than yesterday, probably because moonlight obliterates the outer regions. I also tried with the 15x70 bins, and found it as well. It is quite far from where it was yesterday, so it is moving at quite a clip.
