M42 re-edited for a bit of a boost

Here is another go at editing this M42 using the QHY8. It looked a bit depleted after transfer to the forum so I've given it a bit of a boost. Pretty chuffed with it and very impressed with the camera

Exquisite Martin, it seems so inadequate just to describe it in one word, even a word as powerful as that one. It just describes the image, and not the skill that has gone into bringing all that beauty forth.

Thanks a lot everyone for the nice comments. Although I'm sad to see the FLT 110 go I'm really looking forward to trying the QHY8 with my LX250R and adaptive optics. This was what I had in mind when I bought the camera. The next image from me will be longer focal length, M51 possibly
