introspheric
Sorry to bring up a now fairly old thread guys, but since this already has the details and photos of my scope and it's still in relation to the eyepieces (which I'm currently now browsing for), I was wondering what everyone thought about the necessity of a barlow for this particular scope? Would it be a good idea to pick one up and if so, what sort should I get?I realise it's probably a bit of a wide question but as I've said, still getting used to telescopes while I slowly wean myself off my trusty binoculars enough to actually try the scope...! reddoss
This is a fairly good budget Barlow, I had one myself when I first started. A Barlow is an essential piece of kit for observing, it gives you a whole new set of options, especially for planetary and lunar observations.http://www.firstlightoptics.com/skywatcher-eyepieces/skywatcher-deluxe-2x-barlow.html
