Just to be different for August, I include the link to the ASO celestial calender as it offers somewhat different information eg on passing asteroids and comets than is usually found.

Note: some items are written from an Arkansas viewpoint (ie time zone) and not all timing is in UT, but there are very nifty clocks in the right margins. I think the UT one would look good on the SGL frontpage. ;)
