NGC6888, The Crescent Nebula.
this is just a start of a project on ngc6888 using my Celestron 8" Edge hd at f7
This image is just a stack of 6 x 15 min subs with astrodon 5nm Ha filter.   at 2x2 binning with a QSI 583.
Obviously i need a lot more data, then i will start on RGB and Oiii filters.
The question i like to ask, has anyone used 3 x 3 binning to try go deeper , as ideally i like to get the outer halo, prob. with Oiii filter.
