Sun in white light - 10/7/14

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Whilst I was charging up the Quark, I took these white light images.  In the end there was too much cloud for the Quark so didn't bother.

All images from 08:15 this morning with a WO 80mm, Lunt wedge, ASI120MM, 0.8x reducer for the full disc and 3x barlow for the close ups.

There was a fair bit of cloud around so the first close up wouldn't stack in Autostakkert, so I used Reg 5.

It is one of these. Sadly mine is in 'as new condition', in that it has only been used twice. Still I have decided to take it on hols, together with my white light rig, so hopefully it will see a lot more use soon.
