Bought one of these recently from FLO to replace the stack of spacers I've been using and get finer adjustment, I needed around 36mm so purchased this one, adjustable from 29mm to 46mm however the quoted distance is "optical" this appears to be measured from the internal threads, the actual adapter is around 40mm long over all so too long for my setup. Now ordering the 20mm to 29mm, which presumably is around 30mm over all.

Only posting this for general info in case anyone else is thinking of buying one.
