brewaskew
Got to bust out my new telescope (Celestron 6se) for the first time last night. It was a bit of a learning curve calibrating things, but not too bad and after only one major oops (entered the wrong time zone), I got things up and running. First stop, Saturn...and it was AWESOME!!! I am hooked and now I really can't wait for my new DSLR to show up on Tuesday so I can try my hand at taking some pictures with my new scope. brewaskew
And the other night, my daughter (3 years old) got to have her first look at Saturn, Mars, and Jupiter. I don't think she quite grasped exactly what she was looking at, but she wanted to look at every star in the sky
