Do 15 amp Cigar lighter adapters exist?

After installing a new 22ah battery in my jumpstarter I was good to go with my  168w 12v hairdryer without fear of running out of juice and put to bed the mains dryer but the 12v dryer has just blown the fuse on my cigar lighter adapter with USB outlets which only has a 5amp fuse.

I understand the dryer draws 14amp so need a 15amp adapter but can only find 10amp ones.

Sadly my powertank only has one 12v cigar outlet so I need an adapter to use the dryer plus power the scope and run my primary fan off a usb outlet.

These are rated at 20amp but you probably have to change plug and socket.
