The clouds are gone! Huzzah!

So after the past few weeks of gloom and rain I managed to get out tonight for about 40 minutes to observe. After a rubbish day at work, went out with some 8x32 binoculars and viewed the moon low down, which was a lovely colour. Saw a few stars, and a couple of objects, and for those 40 minutes, all was right with the world.

Funny the affect even a few minutes observing just the brighter objects can have! I hope the weekend is as clear as tonight. Be good to grab a few more objects before they disappear for another year.
