Just found this place - looks very interesting.

I have recently got into digital astrophotography after finding how easy it is to get pictures of the stars with simple equipment. I am now finding out how hard it is with better equipment so I need to get some even better equipment. Obviously!

Imaging is good fun but there are some many factors that can affect the image quality.

There are guys on here who take great images and I'm sure they can help you achieve the results you want or at least help you spend your money onmore equipment

Ah the world of digital imaging. Am just starting to scratch the surface myself. Whole new concepts like layers, wavelets, histogram stretching, gamm correction phew :?

Hi Captain,welcome aboard, ,yes it does get hard this imaging lark , !!why!! because we are never happy with what we do , its an ongoing subject , and if it was easy there would be no challenge, but stick with it , every image you take you will want to improve hence the better equipment , and of course even more dedication,
