Thanks Tony. Probably only staying 1 night as Anita has to work Sunday but the girls enjoyed it so much last time we decided to give them a treat! Over in the meadow this time.

Was it the one on the picture I 'liked'? There's no rush and only if you are absolutely sure.

Well it looks like I've found myself another folding flat pack caravan only this one is the smaller model so I'll be able to unfold it solo with ease. I'll be picking it up weekend & best of all its a freebie!! :grin:

Dropped into pencelli on the way back from Brecon yesterday, booked for Saturday (myself & my partner Jill).

No pitch number, woman I spoke to said to sort it out when we arrive (don't need electric for one night). If by some miracle we get time off work we may come up Friday.

Looking forward to it.

Daniel what nights have you booked. Did you tell then at booking  that you are with the astro party.

Why I keep asking this is so everyone is the same area, and with the best views of the skies. Pitch 17 has several trees obscuring the view.

Mark and Daniel have been placed on EHU pitches outside of the main astro area because apparantly its now full! I tried ringing the campsite a couple of times today just to confirm that this is the case but I haven't managed to get through yet. Those pitches are very close so it'll be pretty straightforward for everyone to just set up their kit in the main area anyway :-)

This is going to be a cracking party:). If I get bored later I might have a go editing their map so we can see roughly where we all are. I don think it matters if any one is out of the area. Last year we had the french invaders create their own pitch and there were still plenty of room their massive pitches fair play.

I would have loved to have come along but too far a drive for me and Im already using up my annual allowance of star parties having just come back from Dalby and Im booked up for Galloway later in the year.

Would have been good to see the new burger van Tich .... cant believe you have got this one for free!
