You have lots more faint bands as well, unfortunately. One of them really stands out but there are more.

Noel's Actions, a Photoshop Plug-In, has a routine for dealing with this kind of thing. I don't use it because I use CCD cameras but it might help. Another thing would be to move the scope between subs and use a Sigma Clip stacking routine.

What is that horrible dark stripe in the upper half om my picture?

80x30 sek lights

80 darks

80 bias

Taken with SW130PDS and Canon 550D, any ideas?

You have horrible horizontal banding noise in the capture, there are a lot more fainter ones as well, the good news is that software can clean these up. Nice image BTW.
