The catches were from ebay

I went with the stainless steel ones from the same seller but I don't think they were worth the price premium since i used zinc plated bolts.

I used a set of slip rolls to roll the hoops.

I did trim the base and it had a slightly negative effect on stability, It's fine as long as the base is levelled, it has adjustable feet.
