IC443 - Jelly Fish Neb - 4-2-07 - 350D- Poor Conditions

Started off ok then the sky got more hazy. After about 8 X 4min , the sky was so bad I stopped imaging.

130mm APO , F4.8 , Canon 350D at 800 ISO.

Will have to come back to this one.

Thanks Steve,Dave - did not realise the star , lower right , was so bright. Perhaps this hazy sky spread its light out a bit?

It is , but not when the sky is as bad as tonights. The carbon fibre tube only weights about 7.4 Kg , not bad for a 130mm.

If I have another go I think I will work at F6 ( not 4.8 as above) and edge that bright star out of the field of view.
