A second introduction!

Hey everybody!

I started to dabble in astronomy (and the forums) a year or two ago, before getting a little distracted by exams, a gap year and then moving house. 

I'm back, now living a couple of miles west of Durham City, and eager to dust off my scope (astromaster 130) and get some observing done!

Does anyone near me know any good spots close by, since the garden is plagued by street lights and light pollution from the city?
