Mars and Saturn 22nd March

A breezy night made getting the set difficult but not impossible, I hate nights like these.  But I did get some worthwhile images, it is frustrating when seeing looks quite decent but the image won't keep still.  The Moon looked good but I had to pack up as the breeze got worse.

Thanks everyone, these are my best images in only fair seeing so here's hoping for good seeing approaching opposition.  The Saturn image is also starting to show more detail but is much tougher than Mars to image well.

Regards, John.

You boys down under have it all, 'xcept Jupiter ;)

Wonderful Mars stills and animation - like to see the progress of the equatorial clouds.   Saturn is a real stunner!   Look forward to getting a few of my own like this in 10+ years.
