Kelling and Kielder are the most popular.

www.starparty.org gives details of Kelling (north Norfolk) for Spring and Autumn.

Never been to keilder, so I haven't a link for that one.

SGL also have several mini Starparties throughtout the year!

Kelling and Kielder are the most popular.

And 'Peak Star Party' (held in Derbyshire) of course, which although I've never been, I understand is very well attended.

For me though, it has to be Kelling Heath, as its a great 'meet', under dark skies, and its just under 100 miles travelling distance.

Did Kielder for the first time last autumn!

Great weekend, even though it was clouded out till the Sunday night. Well worth the trip!

There were some thoughts about holding a star party at the Norman Lockyer Observatory in South Devon. Have not heard any more about it, but will try and remember to ask at the Observers Group meeting this coming Friday.
