Bats on the moon!?

It's quite small or else quite high for a bat, as they more commonly fly relatively low to catch insects. Also quite early in the year although it has been quite warm though not many insects around. Not impossible but would be unusual.

(my wife used to work in bat conservation)

Hi Ben,

Watched it a few times, and it is so fast its impossible to say, except I am amazed how often a bird flies

across my field of view when viewing the moon, but then I have known on each occasion that it was a bird.
