What to do with Ha when combining with LRGB?

... do you just stack it along with the luminance?  Or blend it in some way with the Red? A little confused on this.....!  

I binned Ha 1x1 like I do with Luminance, is that correct please?  I also notice that the exposure of the flats with the Ha filter is REALLY long!

Exactly. Don't forget that while the Ha is a top layer over red you can still lift it in Curves to make it contribute more if it isn't showing much effect.
