Also just found this on the Celestron website http://www.celestron.com/portal/series/cosmos/. Have you noticed the tiny tm against the word Cosmos everywhere? That represents trademark. How can somebody trademark a word that is universally (sorry for the pun) recognised as the description of the universe? Perhaps it is just a case of corporate business getting just a little too above itself?
