Hello Everyone.  My name is Dwayne and I have just purchased my first serious telescope (Celestron Nexstar 8SE).  I should say "serious to me" lol.  I look forward to using it to fulfill a childhood dream of exploring the universe.  It is quite cold here this winter, -17C the first night I tried to align everything and I had to pack it in as things became a little too frosty.

I tend to read, "creep", more than I post because I am very new to the hobby and do not have much to contribute.  I look forward to dropping in to "get informed" and belonging to this community.
