Merlin Synscan and Syntrek Controller, set and go blink

Hello, 

i just start my journey with astro, today i unbox my merlin. When i plug in syntrek controller two buttons blink all time "set" and "go" buttons and i cant do nothing try everything and equipment still frozen. Anyone can help me ?

Have you made sure you have the HANDSET plugged INTO the CORRECT PORT on your mount. 

the Merlin mount has TWO PORTS, you MUST make sure the HANDSET is not plugged into the PORT named AUX

this port is used for connecting to a computer.

Have a quick check and make sure your handset is not plugged into the wrong port on the merlin mount.

i am sure on 100%  handset is plugged in HC port. I have no idea whats is wrong

Flashing LEDs on the handset usually indicate a fault on the motor control board. If the mount is new you should return it to the retailer for replacement.
