Skies the limit collimator

Hi all,

I've had two Cheshire collimators from skies the limit and the wire that forms the cross hairs has come loose. I've tried gluing it doesn't look good. anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions?

If they were faulty you should return them to Skies the limit, Alan is more than fair with problem goods

Secondly, I saw an image this week regarding a Cheshire with the cross hair (wire). it appears that there was a screw in section, like a filter. My assumption is that if you unscrew this insert, you would be able to replace the wire with copper or fuse wire if it ever broke. Cant seem to find that image at present. I`ll keep looking.

EDIT: Scope Teknix is the manufacture. If someone could verify that the insert allows the wire to be changed, that would be good. Cheshire is about £27?
