I believe these peak on the 13-14th but are we able to see anything going on these nights leading up to it? With the amount of cloud this week during the nights I'm trying to grab any possible chance to get out and have a look!

They are given as 7th to 17th Dec with the peak on 13th.so there should be a few visible now.

This might explain the fog I have that prevents seeing anything.

This seems normal for any and every meteor shower.

Thanks for the replies Have been trying to get out any time I can but the cloud cover is still atrocious here in cardiff and has been all week :(

Stood outside for about 20 mins last night between the clouds and saw just one. Fingers crossed tonight will be clearer.
