Astronomik or Lumicon OIII filter

I have owned both Astronomik and Lumicon (old version) O-III filters. I have sold the Lumicon but kept the Astronomik which tells you my opinion.

I do use my 1.25 OIII more than UHC by a margin, so I guess it's the one to go for. 

I made this Xcel file some time ago based on the actual spectrum measurement of nebulas, OIII is clearly the most useful one for planetary nebulas.

I am keeping my old Lumicons! But when the Astromik arrives I will do a comparison with all 3.

It's not too late the catch the Veil nebula !

The Owl nebula (M97) also really "pops" with an O-III filter.
