has any one out there had a dobson built by  david lukehurst. have been looking at  a  16 inch  secound hand one . but would like some advice  from any one who has  one or has owned one .at the moment i am using  binoculars fujinon 10x50 fmtr-sx on manfrotto stand,these are a bit to heavy for hand holding,but give on hell of a view ,only wish i could afford the 25x 150 fujinon, that would bust the bank

had alook at his stock a few years back and speaking to him seems to know his onions and has been around along time his gear looked very well made , i,m sure there would be no problem ,

hi rog . had a look at your photo gallery they are great photos ,at the moment wiil have to be content with looking through the 10x50 fujinon fmtr-sx, till i can get  something better ,i am still thinking about a dobson reflector.easy to set up,and portable
