Comet Lovejoy 30 Nov 2013 AM (Skywatcher 150PL)

Here's my first attempt at Comet Lovejoy and my first ever imaging attempt of a comet. Woke up at 3am to get this and imaged between 4am and 5am, taking a load of 30 and 90 second subs.

Got lots of nice clear images on my DSLR but for whatever reason DSS wouldn't stack them for me - or to put it better - what it stacked looked far worse than the individual subs with trailing stars and the comet head looking really odd. So after tearing my hair out I decided to pick my five best subs and stack them manually in Photoshop. 

The result is below. Quite enjoyed this, will keep my eye out for more comets in the future.
