Flip mirror and10" newt

As I also use my 10" Quattro for visual I am tinkering with the idea of adding a flip mirror.

Would I have sufficient back focus for a flip mirror with my 10" Quattro ?

Would it affect my image quality?

If you get a good quality flip mirror (the ol' Meade ones have a very good mirror!) then quality will be OK.

You'll need about 60-70mm of back focus....a little more than a standard mirror diagonal....
