Picked this object at random , not very well known , faint. Its high up early in the evening.

This shot is 20 X 5mins ( 1hr 40mins) , 350D , 800 ISO.

130mm APO at F6. I hope to image this object with the Atik 16HR during the next clear night.

PS will use a gradient removal filter.

Going to see relatives tomorrow , so I will leave things for now.

That is a rare one John this galaxy is in Camelopardalis, also known as the Giraffe.

It is associated with our local group, or so I have read. It is embedded nicely in countless Milky Way foreground stars, and makes a great picture.
