I used to download the the data from the weather Sats mainly Noaa types or other Polar Orbitors I made a special centre polarised antenna out of 15mm copper tube to receive the info straight to a radio receiver then send it to the computer to decode it, used to quite often get some nice pics of Europe doing it

If I get the mood I will sign up soon : :shock:
