Can Ethos EP's be used in the TV-76?

Hi guys,

The title basically says it all.

Is the 21mm Ethos simply going to be too big and heavy an eyepiece for this scope?

Appreciate your help, as it'll determine whether I should be buying the TV-76 or not.

Thanks.

Yes, absolutely they can.

The TV76 is built like a tank, as is the Everbrite 2" diagonal if you get one so it's more than capable of holding one correctly.

The issue is more what you mount it on so that it is stable and making sure you can get it far enough forward to achieve reasonable balance.

I tend to use mine on a mini giro and lightweight tripod as a travel scope so stick to smaller eps such as Panoptic or Nagler at the most, I've not yet tried my 21e in it but may do at some point, would give lovely views!
