 it says it has the bak7 substrate i think SW use Pyrex on there quattros don't they?

Yeah..the Quattros are Pyrex.

if you are prepared to fettle them (and an f4 newt will need it!) then a carbon tubed 10" for £400 is a bit of a steal!

That's got to be a typo - the 'was' prices are cheaper on the 10" than the 8" CF.

it looks like the whole Revelation range is cut price now - including filters and accessories.

Sorry to burst the bubble but if you click on the link on the email it takes you to the web pages with those prices. The 4 scopes are  1 steel & 1 carbon 8" for £324.98/£632.99  and a 10" & 12" steel OTA for £399.98/£574.99 which makes a lot more sense. All said in stock when I posted this.
