Can anyone tell me the best portable power supply for an SW eq5 pro. I have read the 17ah is quite heavy - would the 7ah be enough for a few hours viewing. Or is there an equivalent or something better that I can buy?

Forget them! Too much money for little power. Just get a deep cycle 35ah battery with an invertor for a total of around $130US. You'll get FAR more out of it!

Hi brenda,

I have a compressor/jump starter that I got from Aldi for about £30. It has a 17Ah battery and seems to do the job. Its not the lightest but it just sits on the floor once set up.

Cheers
