Filters 1.25" or 2"?

I’m tempted to buy both UHC & OIII filters and wondered whether it would be better to buy the 2” versions that would fit the 2” EP’s and the Parallizer? And how would that affect the view through 1.25” EP’s?

all that needs to be said is that you can use 2" filters with 1.25" eyepieces with an adaptor but not the other way round

I think that says it all the 2inch seem to be in greater demand and will be easier to sell.

the 2 inch version, as many objects that benefit form the use of filters, will probably be observed predominantely using lower power (2") eps anyhow. But as mentioned, an adaptor / focuser extender, will additionally enable you use 1.25" ep's if increasing the power, for example, on some planetary nebula.
