The Met Office were telling porkies last night - it wasn't clear all night, in fact it was only clear for 45 mins! So 45 mins of SII data it is then, thank god for J P Metsavainio's method of stretching the starless data until it bleeds.

Ha - 3 hours, OIII - 3 hours, SII 45 mins!

Same here - yes, lovely image. I spent a while chasing gaps between streaks of cloud but they didn't stay in one place long enough for any imaging

Spending a good chunk of the late afternoon setting up and most of the evening waiting for the sky to clear up...then by 2am it was clear-ish...but not for so long. Frustrated, I called it a day and went to sleep.

Excellent one Martin ! The weather forecasts are frustrating to be sure, at least you have an Observatory and effectively zero set up. I set up up each time only to have the clear skies disappear by the time I'm ready to go
