Interesting new unclassified AR by the looks of it. I have to agree with Alexandra though -- there are some definite ring artefacts starting to appear. Were the initial frames very dim? Could perhaps be down to lack of contrast?

The ringing is due to my laziness!! I always use the same preset wavelets on my Sun images (and a preset Photoshop routine or action). It means I can take, process and publish in less than half an hour. Not ideal but the overall idea is to get a series of images and build up a record of spot activity and leave a bit of time for other projects! . I do keep the original stack of all my images so I can go back to them if i need to.
