Skytee 2 mount

I have 6 foot fencing in the north parth of my garden.This cannot be lowered for security reasons.I have a skywatche 10 inch newtonian mounted on a dobbo base.The fence height prevents me from seeing towards the north, north east and north west.This is not helped by the low base part of my dobsonian mount.

I have been alerted to the skytee 2 mount used on a tripod.My vision is that with a skywatcher 10 inch newtonian mounted on the skytee 2 and tripod, it would allow me to raise the height of the telescope so as to get a clear view of the north.

Also would anyone know if the skytee 2 can adequately take the 10 inch newtonian?
